  1. Within the Issues Maintenance list, can there be a modification to allow the BCC email feature? This will provide a trigger to the internal team monitoring these issues to review the new list. The 'created by' user gets an email confirming the issue has been submitted, but there is no notification to anyone who can action it unless you're actively reviewing the list all the time (which isn't likely to be done).

    Additionally, there is no notification to the user who created the issue that the status has changed from "Open" to "Closed". Can there be a notification similar to…

  2. As a Portal admin/IT user, it would be considered critical to have a way in which to extract data from the portal which would detail potential security threats. Information such as IP addresses, user login failures vs. success rates with dates & times of attempts, and user IDs would be the base of the information that would support security reviews. Similar types of options exist on the Magento site that was visited: "Fail2Ban" which works to prevent cyber-attacks.

  3. We are noting Distributors / Customers are struggling with your process to recover / replace their lost/forgotten passwords.

    Whilst the current system on Corevist has been in place for a number of years, we wish to understand your plans for updating the process, especially given the increased focus on security with passwords and avoidance of replicated passwords across different business/personal sites.

  4. Some customers wish to place multiple orders at once based on data in a spreadsheet.
    It would be great if Corevist could provide a file template to allow customers to fill out a spreadsheet and upload the order in a single transaction.

  5. Requesting New/Separate Authorization Roles for Attachments in Quotes and Carts. We would like roles created so users can be limited in their attachment abilities.

  7. When we try to mass update users, all information need to be included. There should be flexibility to update only certain columns.

    The logic could be:
    If not all columns are included: update users by key columns (username) + any columns
    If all columns included: update + upload new users

  8. Looking for the existing order approval workflow to be applied to quote approval. So the user creates a quote, submits it to the approver to approve and once the Approver approves it or the quote is in the approved state for a different user to place the order.

    Ask here is for a new permission "need quote approval" to get applied to a different role that will allow users to enter the shopping cart (for purpose of building Qarts) but with the “proceed to payment” button disabled (so that they cannot actually create an executable order), unless they have "place…

  9. As an Admin user, I would like to have a dashboard that's geared to what an admin account typically would be looking for "At a Glance" while still having the ability to toggle between specific partners (the as-is).

    Similar overall lists but to be able to see a list of all orders created recently (regardless of partner), all recently shipped (regardless of partner), BuyBot Order Failures, etc.

    It would allow for the support team working with customers to quickly use the portal to find details across multiple accounts in the same workspace and what our clients are using.

We are using Hubspot as our CRM; and it is used in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service; we have a ticketing system to respond to customer requests to ensure our SLA's and response levels are maintained at a high level; we've asked Corevist for options to integrate Hubspot plug ins (chatbot) as well as Hubspot forms which can be embedded to an external site (Corevist Portal) - which would allow our customers to request info, order changes, enter quality notifications in a seamless way and enter the ticket directly into Hubspot to be actioned by customer service, all without email; and…

  13. Customers want to quickly and easily see open order items, also known as "backorders".

    To do this currently, a user must choose the order search and then edit the filter to choose the shipped status of "open" and then change the date going back a couple of years.
    After the list is returned, it includes ALL line items and not just the unshipped lines.

    This is especially frustrating for users of the classic UI where they could set "Open orders" as their favorite/default. For them, it was 2 clicks from the home page to get their list of backordered items.

  14. During the creation of a cart or quote, after the order or quote is built and the user moves to a "review" page, the delay in that page to be loaded is quite a large one. Upwards of nearly a minute+ depending on the size of the order.

    We have very large orders that result in extensive delays in the "review" page loading which subsequently delays the user from being able to add a PO# and submit. Can this be improved? Especially given that with the review page a user does not have the option to change anything but notes…

  15. then go to approver so once the order is approved by the approver, the order is placed. Currently, customers think they are done w/ the order, but once the order gets approved, they have to complete their checkout.

We have heard from some clients and prospects that they want to maintain some customer data in SAP as the database of record for certain types of data and other data in Salesforce as the database of record for other types of data.   17. Based on feedback from our customers using new Corevist application, suggest to implement on the main dashboard: 1 - Default customer selection by Payer (not Sold-To); 2 - Allow selection by Payer (next to Sold-To). Currently customers having difficulties navigating through multiple sold-to.

  18. Some people have the habit of hitting the enter button after typing and as a user in the cart on the checkout screen, I will create the order before I am ready if I hit the enter button after typing in a PO number.

    The suggestion is to disable the automatic submit of the Place Order button using the enter key.

    If a user means to enter text in the notes, he is unable because the order has been submitted before he is ready because he did not actually click the "Place Order" button.

  19. As we continue to move customers to use the portal much more frequently, the overwhelming need will always be information being available live.

    When we collect requirements to build these SAP reports and programs, ideally, we would be able to publish them to the portal for our customers without additional delays from a project or support request with a unknown amount of turnaround time.   20. Can we add the gross price to the dashboard check price widget?
