  2. As we continue to move customers to use the portal much more frequently, the overwhelming need will always be information being available live.

    When we collect requirements to build these SAP reports and programs, ideally, we would be able to publish them to the portal for our customers without additional delays from a project or support request with a unknown amount of turnaround time. Being self-sufficient for these reports would greatly cut down on wait time and deliver speedy reports to our clients as all of the specifications are derived only from SAP and rely exclusively on variants/configurations of the…

Our Executive Sponsors and our Business Process Owners for our Customer Service teams need to be able to measure Portal usage, by user, by Sold To, on their activities in portal; # of visit, length of visits, what they're searching, # orders placed (Cart & Buybot), # quotes, which reports and documents downloaded, and it should exclude admin, Emmerson users which is skewing the results currently in Google Analytics.
    We've had a few meetings with Corevist to understand the capabilities of Google Analytics and the reporting options; and it is not user friendly. We would love to see Corevist Reports…

  4. Some reports require specifying a territory as the input parameter. It would be great if the SAP report configuration could prefill the the territory input from the user profile.

  5. The problem is that we are receiving multiple duplicate requests. The root cause is that it’s easy to click the “Apply” button several times after entering the data.

    We need some method to prevent duplicates from being entered. The first idea that comes to mind is to clear the entered data in our custom SAP Report after it's been submitted?

    We do not want this change to affect our other custom SAP report.

    Can you provide info on which report your'e having this issue with and which you would like to behave as-is with a screenshot, please?

  6. Make SAP Reports fields size configurable. Client wants to make field smaller, but now that is not possible to do on client size

  7. Is there an option to not just have SAP Reports a “Role” itself but also what custom reports within each “Role” that user has access to see.

    For example, a Buyer would gain huge value from an inventory summary however would not be the correct role to see a rebate balance report. That should be assigned to an AP type role and not cross over to others.

    The idea would be to limit and control what customers can see based on what sort of business model the customer and us have and/or what sort of business role the user holds…

  8. In the custom reports, we often find that customers with multiple partner accounts (Sold-to's) that are assigned to a user (Multiple facility assignments) have no way to quickly search by each of their assigned partners within the custom reports. The platform only allows single partner searches. Having the option to consolidate exports to 1 report would be a value-add for customers if this was an option. We can search by multiple sold-to’s in SAP but to date, it is not an option in the portal.
