Mass order upload
Some customers wish to place multiple orders at once based on data in a spreadsheet.
It would be great if Corevist could provide a file template to allow customers to fill out a spreadsheet and upload the order in a single transaction.2 votes -

Enhance password reset functionality
We are noting Distributors / Customers are struggling with your process to recover / replace their lost/forgotten passwords.
Whilst the current system on Corevist has been in place for a number of years, we wish to understand your plans for updating the process, especially given the increased focus on security with passwords and avoidance of replicated passwords across different business/personal sites.

Issues Maintenance Notifications
Within the Issues Maintenance list, can there be a modification to allow the BCC email feature? This will provide a trigger to the internal team monitoring these issues to review the new list. The 'created by' user gets an email confirming the issue has been submitted, but there is no notification to anyone who can action it unless you're actively reviewing the list all the time (which isn't likely to be done).
Additionally, there is no notification to the user who created the issue that the status has changed from "Open" to "Closed". Can there be a notification similar to…

Break up 'Attachment Enabled' to allow authorization of view or add
Requesting New/Separate Authorization Roles for Attachments in Quotes and Carts. We would like roles created so users can be limited in their attachment abilities.
1) authorization to add attachments in orders

User Upload CSV flexibility
When we try to mass update users, all information need to be included. There should be flexibility to update only certain columns.
The logic could be:
If not all columns are included: update users by key columns (username) + any columns

Create an Admin Dashboard
As an Admin user, I would like to have a dashboard that's geared to what an admin account typically would be looking for "At a Glance" while still having the ability to toggle between specific partners (the as-is).
Similar overall lists but to be able to see a list of all orders created recently (regardless of partner), all recently shipped (regardless of partner), BuyBot Order Failures, etc.
It would allow for the support team working with customers to quickly use the portal to find details across multiple accounts in the same workspace and what our clients are using.

Corevist integration with Hubspot CRM (Forms, Chatbot)

Can we add the gross price to the dashboard check price widget?

Request For Approval to order from a QUOTE
Looking for the existing order approval workflow to be applied to quote approval. So the user creates a quote, submits it to the approver to approve and once the Approver approves it or the quote is in the approved state for a different user to place the order.

Recently ordered items and proposed products
In classic, we have implemented functionality to return a set of products to a user without him having to do any searching. In classic, this is shown when the user clicks on the material search button. SAP returns a set of products so that the user can quickly see the top 10-50 products they care most about.
With the brilliant creation of the inclusion/exclusion integration of the product catalog, we have an opportunity to present similar information as a real-time, customer-specific set of products.

Add additional or configurable fields on catalog search results page
Can a field be added to the search results in the catalog or something be reused to pull in additional fields. For this example it is alternative part/material numbers. This could be previous SKU numbers for the part or customer specific part numbers.

We have heard from some clients and prospects that they want to maintain some customer data in SAP as the database of record for certain types of data and other data in Salesforce as the database of record for other types of data. Can Corevist serve as the integration channel that maintains the synch between those databases?

Select partners by Payer

Do you trust the timeliness of your current credit checking process? What is your credit exposure? Allow admin users to submit/create new custom SAP reports independently
As we continue to move customers to use the portal much more frequently, the overwhelming need will always be information being available live.
When we collect requirements to build these SAP reports and programs, ideally, we would be able to publish them to the portal for our customers without additional delays from a project or support request with a unknown amount of turnaround time. Being self-sufficient for these reports would greatly cut down on wait time and deliver speedy reports to our clients as all of the specifications are derived only from SAP and rely exclusively on variants/configurations of the…

Search for saved carts
Enhancements to the cart access (search/filter) - currently, user can do a "Find" to search for header data (date, sold to name, ship to name). Requesting to have search feature to see results of the search. Search to look for sold to name, ship to name, date, product models, and cart value.
Also requesting for a feature to "delete all empty item carts" (where cart only has a header and no items in it).
