  1. Add Additional Role To Allow For View Only Outside Authorization

    If the user is marked as an internal employee add ability for them to display any purchase order number or order number in the dashboard display input box. Only display access should be allowed when searching for orders outside the normal authorization. The order should continue not to appear on the search for orders page and etc.

    User with no assigned partners are now able to view all documents via the Display Order widget on the dashboard as of the 2.27.0 release on 4/5/2023.

    Territory was added to the user upload in release 2.29.0 on 5/18/2023 and territory was added to the copy user function in release 3.3.0 on 7/25/2023.

  3. High-Profile Customer Support (without need for a new Microsite)

    Just now email addresses for Accounting, Sales, Admin, and Exceptions can only be defined at Microsite level.

    Can this be changed so that one, some or all of the email addresses can be overwritten at the logonid level?

    This would be helpful for case of high-profile customers on Microsite X who are supported by dedicated customer support person(s), whereas queries from all other customers on Microsite X can continue to be directed to default email addresses assigned for Microsite X.

  4. filter option when reviewing Users

    I would like to have the ability to sort by Role when viewing the list of users in Admin. Also would like to add a filter by roles.

    The first round of implementation has been done. Now if a user has 'User Maintenance' role and an assigned partner he will see the limited user list and will be able to create only users with it's partner. Improvements can be done after User Acceptance Testing and a business feedback. 

  6. Separate permission for Shipments tab from View Order role

    Create a more separate role permission for shipments tab to allow clients to add customers that use the portal for document downloads only. Example Bill of Lading (BOL) documents.

    Example - Client does not want some customer to see all order details but be able to download their Shipping Documents for example. Today Shipment Tab is connected to View Order Role.

  7. As an admin add the ability to login or proxy into another user account.

    As an admin add the ability to login as another user or proxy into another user's account. For example, if I am logged as Admin123, I have the ability to log into user's Customer123 account and view the portal as if I am Customer123.
