User History Insights
A new premium feature released on Sept. 19th included the ability for additional information on login activity. While this type of feature can certainly provide details on login habits (as far as frequency goes), it does little to help the user themselves. The way this feature is designed only provides that insight to the user directly and not the admin of the site.
If this feature was available for site admins (meaning us, the Corevist client) rather than end users, we would be able to get a better look into who is using the platform, how often, start discussions where…

Allow email template configuration by microsite
In Content Maintenance under Email Templates, we can hide, show, and map fields based on the email type, but we cannot distinguish them by microsite
Adding the ability to customize email templates by microsite would enhance personalization and improve the user experience in the portal.
This feature would allow us to tailor communications based on specific microsites, ensuring that each brand, sales area, region, presents relevant content. This would be especially useful if different microsites cater to unique customer demographics, languages, or business needs.

Add Reference Numbers from Quotes to Cart When Using "Add to Cart"
When orders originate from "Available for release", the lines that are brought into a cart order include the reference quote number, but we were not clear if it is also possible to display the PO# indicated in the "Available for Release" screen in the cart as well (shown below)
Just next to where it shows the reference # (Warehouse Order #)
From there, when a cart is downloaded to PDF or CSV, both the Quote Order & PO # would be displayed. The same would be true of the order preview in scenarios where the "Place approved orders" and "Approve…

Validation for custom input fields (Header and Item)
Add validation to the cart custom input fields to match the SAP maximum length. This will improve the customer experience so they don't have to go back and update after receiving an error on Proceed or Update.

Improvements on Custom Attributes in Bulk Add and CSV Upload
On Jul. 15, Corevist rolled out Custom Attributes and UOM with CSV Upload and Bulk Add in Cart/Quote. At this point, the feature is not very user friendly. Especially the need to enter attribute labels for every line.
We suggest the following ways to make it more user friendly and generic to other customers:
Add a “Add column” next to “Add row” button.
A dropdown list for all available attributes for the added columns
Users are able to enter just values in those columns
CSV template download contains all possible attributes.
User friendly display names and an extra level of…

Mass order upload
Some customers wish to place multiple orders at once based on data in a spreadsheet.
It would be great if Corevist could provide a file template to allow customers to fill out a spreadsheet and upload the order in a single transaction.3 votes -
Grey "Add to Cart" if an item is already added to an active cart from "Convert Quote"
I've noticed over the course of the last few months and found that confirmation last week with an end user something that I'm hoping we can add some "safety" to. When a user selects "Add to Cart", the material moves to the cart as expected however if you go back to the "convert quote" screen, I have the ability to re-add the same item for a second time. I assume it's because the inventory/item is not yet "committed" or "confirmed" at this stage to an order however what I wasn't sure of is if there was any opportunity to potentially…

Prove the ability to compare products in the catalog and print/pdf the results.
Prove the ability to compare products in the catalog. Shoppers/Buyers need to review product details to make buying decisions. Can you add the ability to select products for comparison, show the comparison, and print the comparison? The Printed / PDF version of the comparison list can be sent to the final customer.
This adds value to the portal as the sales rep or dealer can get this information in one place and quickly share it.

BCC Email Notifications at the PARTNER level
The Portal currently offers functionality to enable BCC emails by microsite/sales area, but similar functionality is not available at the partner level.
Client sites have multiple users which are all a piece of the process. One user may be placing orders, another may place quotes, another may convert orders, etc. The capability to assign a specific customer email for monitoring or reporting purposes is essential. Allowing admin to enable a notification for ALL orders placed by type regardless of who the order submitter was where their specific partner number is used would prove very beneficial.

Allow "Background Processing" menu to be role based
In release 4.6.0, a new feature was enabled which provides a new report for users to see for orders that are "in process" of being created. This is a fantastic new feature since enabling background processing and the time savings that customers receive back is immediately noticed.
What would make this feature more flexible is, like other areas in the portal, to have this new report be role based. For example, there is a role for "View Orders" and "View Quotes". The idea would be similar and be "View Background Carts" and assignable as/where needed. To date, this would be…

Issues Maintenance Notifications
Within the Issues Maintenance list, can there be a modification to allow the BCC email feature? This will provide a trigger to the internal team monitoring these issues to review the new list. The 'created by' user gets an email confirming the issue has been submitted, but there is no notification to anyone who can action it unless you're actively reviewing the list all the time (which isn't likely to be done).
Additionally, there is no notification to the user who created the issue that the status has changed from "Open" to "Closed". Can there be a notification similar to…

Enhance password reset functionality
We are noting Distributors / Customers are struggling with your process to recover / replace their lost/forgotten passwords.
Whilst the current system on Corevist has been in place for a number of years, we wish to understand your plans for updating the process, especially given the increased focus on security with passwords and avoidance of replicated passwords across different business/personal sites.
Looking forward to learning your future plans in this matter.

Break up 'Attachment Enabled' to allow authorization of view or add
Requesting New/Separate Authorization Roles for Attachments in Quotes and Carts. We would like roles created so users can be limited in their attachment abilities.
1) authorization to add attachments in orders
2) authorization to view attachments in orders
3) authorization to add attachments in quotes
4) authorization to view attachments in quotes

User Upload CSV flexibility
When we try to mass update users, all information need to be included. There should be flexibility to update only certain columns.
The logic could be:
If not all columns are included: update users by key columns (username) + any columns
If all columns included: update + upload new users3 votes -
Request For Approval to order from a QUOTE
Looking for the existing order approval workflow to be applied to quote approval. So the user creates a quote, submits it to the approver to approve and once the Approver approves it or the quote is in the approved state for a different user to place the order.
Ask here is for a new permission "need quote approval" to get applied to a different role that will allow users to enter the shopping cart (for purpose of building Qarts) but with the “proceed to payment” button disabled (so that they cannot actually create an executable order), unless they have "place…

Create an Admin Dashboard
As an Admin user, I would like to have a dashboard that's geared to what an admin account typically would be looking for "At a Glance" while still having the ability to toggle between specific partners (the as-is).
Similar overall lists but to be able to see a list of all orders created recently (regardless of partner), all recently shipped (regardless of partner), BuyBot Order Failures, etc.
It would allow for the support team working with customers to quickly use the portal to find details across multiple accounts in the same workspace and what our clients are using.

Corevist integration with Hubspot CRM (Forms, Chatbot)
We are using Hubspot as our CRM; and it is used in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service; we have a ticketing system to respond to customer requests to ensure our SLA's and response levels are maintained at a high level; we've asked Corevist for options to integrate Hubspot plug ins (chatbot) as well as Hubspot forms which can be embedded to an external site (Corevist Portal) - which would allow our customers to request info, order changes, enter quality notifications in a seamless way and enter the ticket directly into Hubspot to be actioned by customer service, all without email; and…

Allow admin users to submit/create new custom SAP reports independently
As we continue to move customers to use the portal much more frequently, the overwhelming need will always be information being available live.
When we collect requirements to build these SAP reports and programs, ideally, we would be able to publish them to the portal for our customers without additional delays from a project or support request with a unknown amount of turnaround time. Being self-sufficient for these reports would greatly cut down on wait time and deliver speedy reports to our clients as all of the specifications are derived only from SAP and rely exclusively on variants/configurations of the…
