  1. Change behavior when a focused search does not find a result. Please provide a message vs showing the filter selection.

    When using the focused search in any of the following areas:
    a) Order Search
    b) Quote Search
    c) Invoice Search

    d) Shipment Search
    e) Open items
    f) Payment search

    When a value is searched but not found, the filter selection is returned to the user. This confuses the user, and they try to re-run the filter. This adds extra time and frustration. It would be much better if a message were provided to the user. The message could be a…

  2. Like on the cart order page, can we add a red warning bar on the top of the page on the payment/order confirmation page for any mandatory/errors on the page?

  3. As a Portal admin/IT user, it would be considered critical to have a way in which to extract data from the portal which would detail potential security threats. Information such as IP addresses, user login failures vs. success rates with dates & times of attempts, and user IDs would be the base of the information that would support security reviews. Similar types of options exist on the Magento site that was visited: "Fail2Ban" which works to prevent cyber-attacks.

    The request has been implemented this way - full account lockouts per number of retries. Only Admin can unlock the account after that. To set this up please contact your Project Manager.

  4. Cart availability currently offers 3 statuses: In Stock, Out of stock and Partial.

    When an item is fully in stock but can't ship for more than a day later than the requested delivery date, it is shown as "Out of stock".

    Most ecommerce sites show something like "Ships no later than" or "Expected ship date".

    It would be good if we could differentiate between a product that is really out-of-stock versus one that simply has a delayed ship date.

  6. Can we enhance the upcoming proxy login to allow a configurable field that can block proxy login from placing an order even if the user being proxy into has Place Order role.

  7. usecase: organization has designated user to create cart and/or quote. Another user will find the quote to follow through with the order placement.

    Currently there is no way for a user to only have the ability to create a cart/quote without any ordering capacity. A user must have "place order" or "place_approved order" to be able to add an item to a cart.

  8. As an admin user, I would like to have the option to either allow or not allow users to copy/reorder quotes and orders controlled at the role level.

    The "copy" and "reorder" buttons from quotes and order pages would therefore not be visible if the role was not assigned to the user.

  9. I have an emailed order confirmation that says "Check on order status". I click on this link. I am brought to the login page. I expect that after I login, I will go directly to the linked location (Specific Sale Order) I am checking on.

    What is happens: I enter my user and password. I am brought to either the Dashboard or the Catalog, but not to the link I originally clicked on.

  10. Today the cart icon is only updated with quantity and amount when users add and create a cart. Can a feature be updated to allow this icon to be updated when user is creating a quote also?

  11. It would be useful to have the feature to delete all saved orders/quote in the cart. Right now users have to delete one by one.

  12. When working on a theme, after you hit submit you are kicked out of the theme. If the change isn't exactly what you wanted and you'd like to make another change, you have to navigate back to the list of themes and search for the theme you were working on.

    In addition, when searching for themes, you have to manually click next through each theme page to find the one you were looking for. A search bar would be helpful.

  13. When using the user admin page, if you want to see columns to the right of active you have to scroll to the very bottom and then scroll right.

    You loose your header and also have to scroll back up to find the user.

    Can a internal scroll be added to the table where the header is frozen?

  14. Refine the search functionality so that it is no longer returns all full and all partial matches. Limit the list of the items returned so that they seem more relevant to the search.

  15. Create a role that can be given to client admins that allow them to see and Ping the SAP maintenance screen but do not allow edit/delete.

    This will be helpful in validating what SAP is connected to and to allow them to troubleshoot on new and changed connections or SAP outages.

  16. As a client support team member, I would like to receive confirmations for order documents with a QUOTE TYPE, so I can have transparency to orders/quotes submitted to the portal and can provide support and reporting as needed.

    In release 3.1.0-3.2.0 the addition of a BCC on order confirmations for cart orders was enabled. It would be very beneficial to have similar confirmations available for all doc types submitted via the Portal.

  18. As a user, I would like to have the flexibility to include more information on the CSV upload file which will populate to the line level details more than just material number and quantity.

    Specifically speaking, PO# and requested delivery date. The purpose of the CSV is to reduce admin time in building the cart which allows users to create the full order in 1 shot but when there are line level attributes that then need to be updated, the time savings are reduced to nearly 0 since users have to touch every single line item anyway.

  19. If an order was placed in a unit of measure other than the default sales unit of measure, I want the same unit of measure copied into the cart when I click on "Reorder".
    If the unit of measure is NOT copied, the customer is at risk of ordering the wrong quantity. For example, the original order was 10 EACH and now the cart has an order for 10 CASES.

  20. Given that I have chosen a soldto or shipto in the CSR bar as a CSR, I want to easily view invoices for the payer(s) of this customer.

    Currently, the Search for Invoice page does not default the payer.

    This is a problem because we do not always know the payer for a soldto. Even using the search-by-name popup may not bring me the correct payer.
    In many cases, it is the same number as the soldto. Even in this case, it is annoying to have to type in this 10 digit number.
