As an admin add the ability to login as another user or proxy into another user's account. For example, if I am logged as Admin123, I have the ability to log into user's Customer123 account and view the portal as if I am Customer123.

Hello Rachel, here's a few use cases of how we would leverage this feature. Please let me know if this doesn't align with the feature you are developing.
- Allow customer service to better troubleshoot training issues. We receive a lot of calls that is due to user error or training. This will allow customer service to log in as the user and walk the user through the steps to complete a process. This prevent us from needing test accounts for every Rep.
- Verify SAP driven fields. We have a custom attribute that differs based on the sales district of the sold-to. We could test this SAP field is working correctly without having to create a test account for every different sales district.
- Allow Regional managers to log into a Reps account to perform searches for quotes or order. Occassionally a regional manager needs to view quotes by a specific Rep (SAP field: customer group 2). Since there's no way to filter by a Rep on the search screen, this would suffice.
