  1. Corevist integration with Hubspot CRM (Forms, Chatbot)

    We are using Hubspot as our CRM; and it is used in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service; we have a ticketing system to respond to customer requests to ensure our SLA's and response levels are maintained at a high level; we've asked Corevist for options to integrate Hubspot plug ins (chatbot) as well as Hubspot forms which can be embedded to an external site (Corevist Portal) - which would allow our customers to request info, order changes, enter quality notifications in a seamless way and enter the ticket directly into Hubspot to be actioned by customer service, all without email; and…

  2. Integration of SAP with Salesforce

    We have heard from some clients and prospects that they want to maintain some customer data in SAP as the database of record for certain types of data and other data in Salesforce as the database of record for other types of data. Can Corevist serve as the integration channel that maintains the synch between those databases?

  3. Idea for integraiton with Business credit partners(DNB)

    Do you trust the timeliness of your current credit checking process? What is your credit exposure? Would you be interested in a feature that integrates with key business credit partners such as Dun and Bradsteet, creditsafe and have the ability to actively run a credit check on a scheduled basis and update your customer/vendor master data records with the credit scores?

  4. Position Corevist on SAP's BTP (Business Technology Platform)

    Just now Corevist is tightly-integrated with S/4HANA. This has served us well in the past, however, SAP has come out with a new platform (BTP) that makes it easy for customers to build their own eCommerce sites with far greater extensibility than currently possible with reliance on S/4HANA alone.

    My idea is strategic move of Corevist SAP code from S/4HANA to SAP's BTP. This would remove SAP concerns about custom code directly in S/4HANA and also allow us to take advantage of pre-built BTP integrations to extend Corevist capabilities faster and in more profound ways.
