Allow "Background Processing" menu to be role based
In release 4.6.0, a new feature was enabled which provides a new report for users to see for orders that are "in process" of being created. This is a fantastic new feature since enabling background processing and the time savings that customers receive back is immediately noticed.
What would make this feature more flexible is, like other areas in the portal, to have this new report be role based. For example, there is a role for "View Orders" and "View Quotes". The idea would be similar and be "View Background Carts" and assignable as/where needed. To date, this would be the only item that isn't controlled in some sense by way of roles for access.
