I've noticed over the course of the last few months and found that confirmation last week with an end user something that I'm hoping we can add some "safety" to. When a user selects "Add to Cart", the material moves to the cart as expected however if you go back to the "convert quote" screen, I have the ability to re-add the same item for a second time. I assume it's because the inventory/item is not yet "committed" or "confirmed" at this stage to an order however what I wasn't sure of is if there was any opportunity to potentially grey out the "Add to Cart" if the item is in an active cart already (JUST FOR THAT USER).

There's no indication of an error in the cart either so a user could just submit an order for multiple lines for the same product. That would generate errors and inconsistencies in SAP and is very misleading for a customer. If a user deletes the item from a cart, then the "add to cart" would simply be "selectable" again.
