An error occurred while saving the comment cleaman commentedWe also would like to have this approval workflow have the ability to add a comment; this feature is available to Reject Order to add comments; and with approval of a quote or a cart order; the approver may have important instructions that don't need another approval (if note is added to rejection; the order returns for a 2nd approval once order is edited) - therefore if a comment can be added (please use PO# X, y, X, shipping must be at location G)

An error occurred while saving the comment cleaman commentedwith our centralized Customer Service Team service structure ; they need to manage multiple platforms (SAP, CRM, Portal) and having customer messages/requests flow into a notification email that a new note from customer is available; avoiding daily manual monitoring of this help section would reduce the chances of missing an important note (Such as please cancel my order, or update qty or change req date, etc -which is time sensitive tasks)

We have many customers who won't use cart to place orders as they perceive this to be a duplication of work to the PO they just built in their ERP System and simply send to us via email; however if they had the ability to upload a list this would save them alot of time; and perhaps "replace" emailing our CSR's and save our team the admin that we are hoping for from this portal; it would need to have line level attributes (Item, Qty, PO#, Req Date mainly if applicable and different from header) to save the entries they'd need to specify at each line after list is loaded into cart for large orders with several items
