  1. If an account has LiveChat and wants to utilize the news functionality, they overlap each other on the bottom, right hand side of the screen.

  2. I have an emailed order confirmation that says "Check on order status". I click on this link. I am brought to the login page. I expect that after I login, I will go directly to the linked location (Specific Sale Order) I am checking on.

    What is happens: I enter my user and password. I am brought to either the Dashboard or the Catalog, but not to the link I originally clicked on.

  3. Request for reference field to be made available in cart for customer to add/edit and when the cart is saved as a quote, it gets saved in the quote document. The field should be presented in quote detail.

    I see that the quotes have a space for a “reference” but I don’t see how they’re supposed to add that in the cart to get it saved on the quote. Is that what that is for?

  4. You can create multiple carts as a user, but only ten are visible at a time. Unfortunately, there is no way to locate all the carts you have created. When attempting to save a new cart, you may encounter an error message stating that the name already exists and the system does not allow retrieving previously created carts. This can make finding a specific cart based on its name challenging.

    You are now able to view all saved carts and are no longer limited to 10 as of the 3.0.0 release on 6/13/2023. There is a separate idea for searching for saved carts that can be voted on here.

  5. Multiple pages on the mobile site are missing table headers. It makes it difficult to determine what each column means.

    The Corevist Platform is now fully mobile responsive (excluding the Admin pages) as of the 2.29.0 release on 5/18/2023. If you have any feedback on our mobile experience, please email rachel.eaton@corevist.com.

  6. Internal users are complaining that it is difficult to find where to click to clear the cart. Currently it is a link (which is not visible enough) and for consistency we'd like it to be a button like "Create New Order" instead of a link.

  8. In order confirmation email, there is one paragraph per line item: with many positions, the current display becomes confusing and long.

    We need this to be re-designed to make it readable when many items are placed in the order => one line per item instead of one paragraph.
    Suggestion: display data in a table same way as it appears in SAP PDF order conf document.

    We updated the order confirmation email template in the 2.5.0 release on May 12.

  9. Allow easier maintenance to delete old/inactive SAP Maintenance entries. For example, Deletion via multiple selections or filter criteria.

  10. Customers are actively asking for a list of open line items.

    Search Orders with criteria 'not shiiped' gives back non shipped and partial orders. However, there is no way to see only open items in the list.
    The customers have go through all the lines to find which ones are still open and do complain because it is not as user-friendly as they are used too.

    We have released the new Shipments tab that solves the core issue in this request. It was released in 2.6.0 on May 25. Please reach out to your project manager to implement as it requires the latest version of our SAP Add On.

  11. It appears every field except “Material” is showing left-aligned. Please make it consistent (left-aligned) like the other fields. The checkout cart looks fine.

  12. Provide horizontal scrolling without having to go to the bottom of the results. On the user maintenance list page, it is hard to know what user I am notifying because you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the horizontal scroll bar.

    Table action icons are now visible at all times to minimize scrolling. Released in 2.11.0 on August 9, 2022.

  13. If you have an order with 25 items, it's hard to know which ones are in error because you have to page down to find them. Prefer to have the errors all displayed on the top of the window (instead of having to click on ‘show all’) and for all those errors, give ability to jump to related line items with errors.

  14. When an error occurs on a line item, you must delete the item (which is time consuming). Could we have the possibility to change the material number instead, so that the user can correct his entry?
