Add configuration to block placing an order while using Proxy Login
Can we enhance the upcoming proxy login to allow a configurable field that can block proxy login from placing an order even if the user being proxy into has Place Order role.

Now no orders/quotes can be placed via Proxy login.

This is key for our business to ensure internal team members are not placing orders on behalf of customers as we have discounts for the customer based on them using the website.
