Allow Users to Mass Delete Their Saved Cart and Quotes

It would be useful to have the feature to delete all saved orders/quote in the cart. Right now users have to delete one by one.

    Saved Carts functionality has been improved. Now it allows to save a cart, activate it later and place an order without losing the Saved Cart. All Saved Carts are tied to a user who saved them. Only user can delete them on Saved Carts page. The same logic has been done for Saved Quotes.
