Disable all Quality environment emails from being sent to users
For non-production systems, please add an indication to the emails that they are from a Test/QA system. This would be for all email from that system. Order acknowledgements, user creation, PW resets, payments, and so on.
Also, could there be a configuration to prevent sending notifications when accounts are deleted.
