Add Additional Role To Allow For View Only Outside Authorization
If the user is marked as an internal employee add ability for them to display any purchase order number or order number in the dashboard display input box. Only display access should be allowed when searching for orders outside the normal authorization. The order should continue not to appear on the search for orders page and etc.

User with no assigned partners are now able to view all documents via the Display Order widget on the dashboard as of the 2.27.0 release on 4/5/2023.
