Custom SAP Reports - Can't tell once submitted (clear report fields or gray out button once Submitted)
The problem is that we are receiving multiple duplicate requests. The root cause is that it’s easy to click the “Apply” button several times after entering the data.
We need some method to prevent duplicates from being entered. The first idea that comes to mind is to clear the entered data in our custom SAP Report after it's been submitted?
We do not want this change to affect our other custom SAP report.

Add ability to perform searches with multiple search criteria.
On the search for order and the search for quote page please add the ability to perform searches with multiple search criteria. For example, it would be beneficial if we can perform a search on customer account 123456 and material number 1100-ABCD. Furthermore, once we have the option to select "My Orders/Quotes" I think it would be even more valuable to have this feature.

Nondisclosure/Noncompete Acceptance Required At Login
The very first time a customer/user logins in they would have to accept a terms and conditions type message related to accepting a nondisclosure/noncompete agreement on all client information they are viewing/using by getting access to the portal.
This could be like how terms and conditions work in the cart with a radio and link to the document or a popup that the (and can download a link) and hit ok and proceed. It could be driven by empty 'Last login date'.

Streamline Registration Process
Can we streamline the registration process by automatically creating a user profile populated by the data entered in the registration request. The user profile should default to inactive when automatically created. Then an admin would simply review the data add any additional details in User Maintenance and mark them as active if everything looks good.

Automatic Reordering: Subscriptions/Recurring Orders
Customers log into Corevist and setup RPA (Robotic Process Automation) parameters (e.g. enter the order# to be copied, reorder frequency, and P/O# suffix) . . . then Corevist automatically copies the original into a new order for the same requestor, at the requested frequency (e.g. every X days or months) for the requested P/O# (appended with current date).

Add a new feature for Post-Sales (e.g. Service Requests/History) History
SAP's CS "Services" module is used by clients that maintain long-term service relationships with customers after initial delivery.
Is it possible to expand Corevist so that customers can create new service requests and/or view service history in similar manner as quotes and orders?
Stop-Gap solution is to present SAP reports that can create or display service details, however this approach is not ideal for service-oriented clients.

Shipments module - ability to download output documents
In the new Shipments module, add ability to download output documents, related to order / delivery header and items, such as:
Order Acknowledgement,
Bill of Lading,
Return Car Instructions,

Add configurable bcc address as it was done for pdf order confirmation. It should be done if clients want to send some kind of emails (example - invoice question) for specific email address

SAP Reports - Role Limitation
Is there an option to not just have SAP Reports a “Role” itself but also what custom reports within each “Role” that user has access to see.
For example, a Buyer would gain huge value from an inventory summary however would not be the correct role to see a rebate balance report. That should be assigned to an AP type role and not cross over to others.
The idea would be to limit and control what customers can see based on what sort of business model the customer and us have and/or what sort of business role the user holds…

Allow customers with multiple partners to search by more than 1 sold-to ID
In the custom reports, we often find that customers with multiple partner accounts (Sold-to's) that are assigned to a user (Multiple facility assignments) have no way to quickly search by each of their assigned partners within the custom reports. The platform only allows single partner searches. Having the option to consolidate exports to 1 report would be a value-add for customers if this was an option. We can search by multiple sold-to’s in SAP but to date, it is not an option in the portal.

LiveChat Ticket Links in the Corevist "Activities Log"
If a customer initiates a chat (via LiveChat) after customer service working hours, a LiveChat ticket is automatically generated.
That is great, however the Corevist Activities Log is not updated, so customer service teams must monitor 2 applications (e.g. Corevist Activities Log and LiveChat tickets) to get a complete picture of customer communication.
Idea is to create a new entry in the Corevist Activities log each time a LiveChat ticket is created with link to the LiveChat ticket so that customer service teams need only monitor 1 application.

Prospect has all customers log in to Sharepoint and just have the customer click a link to Corevist where they will not be asked for a password again.

accept down payments
As implemented for 3A, we can offer a simple screen that accepts a dollar amount, a couple of reference field inputs and accept a down payment.
The email confirmation might need to be created uniquely or perhaps the "pay invoices" email confirmation could be utilized.
Some ABAP work will be needed in SAP to support this and a decision regarding if it should be a new RFC or utilizing the existing one. Referencing the 3A code is again recommended.

Accept partial payments on open items
Supporting partial payments in the Pay Invoices screen by offering an additional input field for a dollar amount.
The dollar amount should default to the "amount due today".
It could have a setting in the backend for a tolerance amount such as customers must pay at least 50% of the amount due.
Ray and Oleg will need to do some ABAP work to support this on the SAP side but it shouldn't take more than 1-2 days.
On the SAP side, we will need to support both residual items as well as payment-on-account postings but can surely start with which…1 vote -
Display Make-to-Order configurable products in Quote, Order, and Invoice display
Just now it is possible to capture configuration choices for Make-to-Order configurable products via Corevist and/or EDI . . . however, it is not possible to display choices made in quotes, orders, and invoices.
For example if customer selects value "2 cubic feet" for characteristic "Depth" in the shopping cart or quote-create feature, then customer should be able to see/confirm that "Depth: 2 cubic feet" was properly recorded in quotes, orders and followon-invoices.
Request is to show configuration options in Corevist Quotes, Orders, and Invoices.

Allow configuration of the Logon Home Page
Allow logo and sign in box to be customizable on sizing and location on home page (example; Logo Centered above User login data box)
