  1. As we continue to add customers to BuyBot, we're noticing that there are limitations to how BuyBot processes failures. Currently it's all or nothing - either everything is great, and it generates an order or 1 item has an error and the whole order fails.

    What would be much more helpful is if the program can recognize each line and highlight failures within the order but process lines which are considered acceptable. So, as an example, if there are 100 lines on an order, 95 lines are accepted, 5 lines are rejected (don't exist in SAP on an info record)…

  2. When a BuyBot order is submitted, and the order is created successfully but the PDF fails to attach in SAP, the message returned is a direct failure on the order processing. The failure occurs when in fact it DOES create a sales order in SAP if all other requirements are met. The message however is misleading as it does not currently separate errors in processing to create an order from errors with attaching the associated PDF order. There is no indication on the messages that the order processed more with "exception" rather than with a failure. The process currently works…

  3. When orders are processed via BuyBot and land in the PDF Order Report list, it would be incredibly helpful if those same PDFs are attached to the list in the portal as well. Especially if orders fail. Currently, if there are issues with Outlook/email platforms, there is zero visibility to the PDFs that are submitted that result in the failure. We have no way to pull those orders to action.

Managing the Buybot PDF notification inbox intuitively would require notification subject line to include simplified terms which would either be actionable or non-actionable - such as PDF Confirmation (indicating a successful PDF order was placed) vs "Parsing PDF Success or subjlpdforderconfirmation), as well as PDF Failure with Error Type (indicating proactive action to fix failed order) vs "Parsing PDF Failure or "subjlpdforderrollback" - For the Failure type; the body of the email includes the Error: Qty Blank, Order Already exists, Missing XXX - if this was in subject line, the user can prioritize the management of…

  5. Similar to the various search/filter screens within the Portal, please also allow a user to filter by Sold-To in the PDF Order screen.

  6. To enable quick and efficient BuyBot selling to prospects, we will need to add custom field support in header and item level, same as we have in Cart.
