BuyBot Notifications subject should indicate PDF Confirmation or PDF Failure
Managing the Buybot PDF notification inbox intuitively would require notification subject line to include simplified terms which would either be actionable or non-actionable - such as PDF Confirmation (indicating a successful PDF order was placed) vs "Parsing PDF Success or subjlpdforderconfirmation), as well as PDF Failure with Error Type (indicating proactive action to fix failed order) vs "Parsing PDF Failure or "subjlpdforderrollback" - For the Failure type; the body of the email includes the Error: Qty Blank, Order Already exists, Missing XXX - if this was in subject line, the user can prioritize the management of the notifications and sort in folders appropriately and reduce the time spent in opening 100's of buybot notifications daily to see "what it means, what they need to do"
