  1. As a client support team member, I would like to receive confirmations for order documents with a QUOTE TYPE, so I can have transparency to orders/quotes submitted to the portal and can provide support and reporting as needed.

    In release 3.1.0-3.2.0 the addition of a BCC on order confirmations for cart orders was enabled. It would be very beneficial to have similar confirmations available for all doc types submitted via the Portal.

  3. As a client with multiple microsites with different brands representing those microsites, it is imperative that emails to those users reflect the correct branding.

  4. For non-production systems, please add an indication to the emails that they are from a Test/QA system. This would be for all email from that system. Order acknowledgements, user creation, PW resets, payments, and so on.

    Also, could there be a configuration to prevent sending notifications when accounts are deleted.

  5. For some clients, Customer service wants to to know when a user places an order by getting an email.

    Other clients, do not want this email.

    Development completed. Microsite level released in the 3.0.0 release on 6/13/23 and sales area level will be released in the 3.2.0 release on 7/11/23.

  6. Need to be able to maintain our Enterprise signature on bottom of sent emails, for professional look and feel and reduce risk of emails being considered as a spam.

    Configurable per SMTP addresses maintained per microsite (address for customer service / accounting/ administration)

    System email custom footers feature released in the 3.3.0 release on 7/25/2023. It can be found in Admin -> Content Maintenance.

  8. Send the registration request emails to the microsite email contacts vs the default site email. When a client has more than one microsite / line of business. they need to have multiple groups that manage new user requests. All new user requests are sent to the same email. The ask is to get the the user registration request go to the correct business contact(s).
