Business Signature on all e-mails sent to customers
Need to be able to maintain our Enterprise signature on bottom of sent emails, for professional look and feel and reduce risk of emails being considered as a spam.
Configurable per SMTP addresses maintained per microsite (address for customer service / accounting/ administration)

System email custom footers feature released in the 3.3.0 release on 7/25/2023. It can be found in Admin -> Content Maintenance.

Adding a scripted signature would add a personal touch to the confirmation.

We need to have a contact info on the order confirmation for the customer to call in case there is a problem.
We also need to be able to add additional emails to the order confirmation like our inside and outside sales reps to have visibility of the customers activity.
This needs to be tied to the customer login credentials so it is seamless.
