  1. As a Portal admin/IT user, it would be considered critical to have a way in which to extract data from the portal which would detail potential security threats. Information such as IP addresses, user login failures vs. success rates with dates & times of attempts, and user IDs would be the base of the information that would support security reviews. Similar types of options exist on the Magento site that was visited: "Fail2Ban" which works to prevent cyber-attacks.

    The request has been implemented this way - full account lockouts per number of retries. Only Admin can unlock the account after that. To set this up please contact your Project Manager.

  2. As an admin user, I would like to have the option to either allow or not allow users to copy/reorder quotes and orders controlled at the role level.

    The "copy" and "reorder" buttons from quotes and order pages would therefore not be visible if the role was not assigned to the user.

  3. When working on a theme, after you hit submit you are kicked out of the theme. If the change isn't exactly what you wanted and you'd like to make another change, you have to navigate back to the list of themes and search for the theme you were working on.

    In addition, when searching for themes, you have to manually click next through each theme page to find the one you were looking for. A search bar would be helpful.

  4. When using the user admin page, if you want to see columns to the right of active you have to scroll to the very bottom and then scroll right.

    You loose your header and also have to scroll back up to find the user.

    Can a internal scroll be added to the table where the header is frozen?

  5. Create a role that can be given to client admins that allow them to see and Ping the SAP maintenance screen but do not allow edit/delete.

    This will be helpful in validating what SAP is connected to and to allow them to troubleshoot on new and changed connections or SAP outages.

  6. Client would like the option to have more then just the Open Sans and Helv Neue currently available for the font on the website. In this case Arial at a minimum.

    Released in the 3.0.0 release on 6/13/2023. We now support 8 font options: Arimo, Helvetica Neue, Lato, Montserrat, Open Sans, Raleway, and Roboto. We can only support open source fonts, but Arimo is a very close match to Arial. This can be accessed via Admin -> Content Maintenance -> Look and Feel. For more information see the 3.0.0 release notes and this walkthrough.

  7. Would like to enhance the current Admin / System Configurations for Password to include account lockouts per number of retries and ability to set forced pwd reset according to number of days.

    Both account lockouts per number of retries and ability to set forced password reset according to number of days have been implemented. To set this up please contact your Project Manager.

  8. Provide advance user notice for scheduled System downtimes.

    This is similar to another Idea that is in progress.

    Provide notice to users in advance (5 days, other options?) at logon when there is a scheduled SAP maintenance, It could be as simple as present it if a future SAP maintenance exists.

    Present the notification including the dates and times from the scheduled maintenance.

    You can create login notifications via the new login notification feature for scheduled downtimes. This was released on 6/13/2023 in the 3.0.0 release. For more information, please see the 3.0.0 release notes.

  9. I want to replace the word "Quote" with "Master order" throughout the Corevist application.
    When I try to download the translations for all labels and messages containing this word, the file is empty. I have to manually edit each individual one.
    This has to do with "Custom" translations versus "Standard" which apparently cannot be downloaded and uploaded.
    It would be much simpler to work in a spreadsheet to edit the translations and upload them when ready rather than manage them one at a time.

  10. Currently, there is no way to set a translation value to be a simple blank (space).
    For example, we want to show a reason for rejection where a blank rejection reason means there is no description.
    Another example is when we want to suppress some text/messaging.
    The current workaround is to use a period . since it is small and not noticeable.

  11. Clients currently have the ability to remove critical Corevist user accounts. These accounts are leveraged for BuyBot. There should be a way to protect these accounts so that they cannot be removed by the Client to prevent any interruption in business processing.

    BuyBot now leverages authentication tokens as of the 3.0.0 release on 6/13/2023.

  12. As a user administrator, I need to give some users the ability to create one order type and give others the ability to create a different order type.

    The same is for having the ability to CHANGE orders based on order type.

    The same would be the case for quotes but the immediate need is for Nordson and Crayola to separate roles by doc_type for order creation

  13. The "Issues Maintenance" log currently keeps track of all customer requests posted via the "Help" button in the Navigation panel.

    Can you change the "Issues Maintenance" log so that it keeps track of all customer requests posted via the "Have a Question?" link on Quote, Sales Order, and Invoice Display pages as well?

  18. I would like to allow the clients to access and maintain SAP Downtimes, so they can add their planned maintenance to the portal. The only role I have found that gives access to "SAP Downtimes" is "System Maintenance". This role provides too much access to key areas of the application. Here are the 6 menu items that are added:
    SAP Downtimes
    Microsites
    Sales Areas
    SMTP maintenance
    SAP Connections
    System configuration
    There is too much access provided with this role for it to be assigned to a client.

    The ask is for a role to provide only "SAP downtimes"
