Roles based on doc type and function
As a user administrator, I need to give some users the ability to create one order type and give others the ability to create a different order type.
The same is for having the ability to CHANGE orders based on order type.
The same would be the case for quotes but the immediate need is for Nordson and Crayola to separate roles by doc_type for order creation

We need the ability to allow certain users access to different order types; while preventing other users from using that order type.
Example would be some users can enter returns and create sample orders, but not all users who can create orders can create a return or sample order.
