Ability to search, find, and access all saved carts
Issue in PRD – user created many carts, but only see 10 carts at a time and cannot locate all of her carts. When she tries to save a new one, it says error that the cart name already exists with that name while the system doesn’t allow her to retrieve the cart she is looking for based on the cart name she saved it as to place the order.
