Portal Analytics & Reporting- ROI / KPI
Our Executive Sponsors and our Business Process Owners for our Customer Service teams need to be able to measure Portal usage, by user, by Sold To, on their activities in portal; # of visit, length of visits, what they're searching, # orders placed (Cart & Buybot), # quotes, which reports and documents downloaded, and it should exclude admin, Emmerson users which is skewing the results currently in Google Analytics.
We've had a few meetings with Corevist to understand the capabilities of Google Analytics and the reporting options; and it is not user friendly. We would love to see Corevist Reports that would provide rich reporting on the ROI/KPI's of the portal usage; similar to the reviews we saw from the LiveChat & Ticketing add-ons; the customer based reporting was closer to what we would expect to be available for our Website performance metrics for each module: Etrack features, ECart and reporting

An overall Portal Analytic Dashboard to show daily # of orders placed, reports viewed, total sales, # quotes, documents downloaded so that we can see the Portal traffic and engagement in a summarized view for Admins would be very helpful
