Allow users to toggle different pricing options in the Product Catalog

Add a toggle for different pricing options in the Product Catalog: Off, Net Price, and Recommended Retail Price (from SAP) and ability to hide pricing in the Cart. Dealers share their screen with customers and need to have the ability to hide or display certain pricing.

    Perhaps dealers would rather turn off the display of pricing or this can be approached with punchout

    Mannington brought up the need to hide pricing, price lists and block specific users from being able to check out. They should just see the products in the catalog but not the pricing or ability to create an order.
