    Change behavior when a focused search does not find a result. Please provide a message vs showing the filter selection.

    When using the focused search in any of the following areas:
    a) Order Search
    b) Quote Search
    c) Invoice Search

    d) Shipment Search
    e) Open items
    f) Payment search

    When a value is searched but not found, the filter selection is returned to the user. This confuses the user, and they try to re-run the filter. This adds extra time and frustration. It would be much better if a message were provided to the user. The message could be a…

  2. Refine Search Functionality

    Refine the search functionality so that it is no longer returns all full and all partial matches. Limit the list of the items returned so that they seem more relevant to the search.

  3. Show count of records on data tables

    Count is not showing across the site.

    Expected in the following areas:

    Users

    Assigned roles

    Assigned roles roles

    Sales order list

    Invoice lists

    Quotation lists.

    Released on 5/18/2023 in the 2.29.0 release, the count of the number of records is displayed at the bottom of all data tables.

  4. Make filter partner selection default configurable

    To allow the partner selection in filter screens default to be configurable. For some clients they want their default to be 'to match the sold-to or ship-to selected in the partner selection bar' for others they want 'Any' as their default.

    Filters that include partner selection:

  5. Add "Created by Me" filter to search for orders and search quote screen.

    Add "Created by Me" filter to search for orders and search for quote screen. This will allow Rep agencies' users to filter orders and quotes by only the documents the individual user has created.

  6. Ability to search for all Open Line Items, and open line items only

    We would like a quick and easy way to list all open line items within the backlog = a list of all products not shipped yet. And for this list to display open line items only, not mixed with some completed/shipped.

    Further details:
    Navigating to Menu  Shipment  Filters. There is no way to filter based on order or line item status, only by a date range. See attached file CorevistTicketOpenItemsShipmentsSearch.png.

  8. Default filters to partner selected in partner selection bar

    Order search is not guided by the partner bar.
    In this case, we have a sales rep that has multiple sold-to accounts assigned.

    Search for orders:
    Expected results: I get a list of orders from my partner bar.
    Actual Results: I get orders for all of my assigned sold-to customers. This is what causes the end user confusion. Any is the default value

    Ask: The Sold to or Ship to from the partner bar to be the default value in the filter vs “Any”?

  9. Perform predictive/enhanced search when entering a material

    SAP has a nice predictive/enhanced search feature when entering a material on a sales order. For example, if I start entering "1100-", SAP will start providing input options using the string I've typed in thus far.
