  1. RMA (warranty and return) Orders

    Ramping up for a new client implementation for WCBradley. One key functionality that is critical to success is the ability to allow RMA orders to be placed on the site. The ability to place RMA orders access regulated via role. This would allow approved users o generate a return order via the site.

    In its simplest form warranty and return orders can be handled by adding additional order types. Please have a meeting with the client and your solution architect to understand what the business process requires, if our OOTB functionality solves the use case, and if not, return and create a new ticket with additional details on what actually needs to be developed.
