  2. Some clients require the PO to be attached before completing an order. Can we allow the attachment to be configured to be mandatory before allow them to place an order?

  3. Present the customer material number in the catalog. This would include allowing the user to perform product searches using customer material number. Allow the portal users the ability to search the product catalog using CMIP. - [KIDS2-40]

  4. Currently you need the same SAP authorization as cart feature to allow for clients so use the Price Check Widget. Client in Launch product would like to enhance their eCommerce order tracking to allow users to also run price check.

  5. Modify the BuyBot process flow so client Customer Service can review the parsed data (adjust if the order failed) and resend the order to SAP. This could be a change for error resolution vs opening a support ticket for Corevist. During error resolution, it would be great to identify the field that failed so it could be quickly reviewed. This would allow the user could make an adjustment and resend to the order to SAP again.

    This would require a rearchitecture of the BuyBot system. This may be an idea for the long term roadmap, but we do not have plans to address this idea in the short term.

  6. In release 2.19.0 product hyperlinks was added linking the product to the catalog details page for the item.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to leverage the catalog because we need a publicly available catalog.

    Is it possible to use this feature but leverage a custom link to an external website and append the material to the end of the link?

    The custom link should be a prefix plus the dynamic product that's added from the cart page. For example:

    "https://www.testwebpage.com?part_number=PRODUCTfromPORTAL"

    We only plan to support product hyperlinks to the Corevist product catalog.

  7. Classification in model and SKU data. If criteria is true, badge to appear for delivery type. Virco has image/sticker for the badge to be shown through out the shopping experience in the product listing page (PLP), product detail page (PDP), and Cart.

    Classification in model data, if promo = <>"" in product catalog and contract's promo end date is greater than current date then promo badge should appears

  9. Please add column open/unconverted quantity and open/unconverted net value to the quote item information in both the Quote display page and the Search for Quotes page.

    For larger quotes it's difficult for users to determine how much of each line they still have open for partially converted quotes. The only method today is to start converting the quote into an order. Having this information available sooner, especially on the Search for quotes page would help with planning.

    This feature request is client-specific. Please work with your project manager and solution architect to come up with a suitable solution that works with your SAP configurations.

  10. If a customer accidently duplicated the same quote and wants to delete one, how would he/she do that in Quote Summary? How and when do E-Quotes disappear from users' quote summary? If it’s maintained in ECC, what are the best practice that other clients of Corevist doing?

    What’s the driver to change the status? (ljw 26th-Feb: right now quotes can expire but they never close and currently ECC is setup to allow expired quotes to be copied into new sales orders. @Scott Newell can set configuration that closes the quote after first reference, but that would prevent the quote from…

    It's not a good practice to completely delete documents, but there could be other solutions to your problem that our existing functionality can support. Please ask your project manager to pull in a solution architect to identify a potential solution.

  11. We offer different variation (color options) on products and the lead times are different based on the color selected. We're looking to display a tab of different sets of SKUs based on the lead time (category 1, category 2, category 3). With access to the set of data, the user does not have to go thru trial and error to find SKUs that have the same lead time if they're looking for products that will ship the soonest.

    This idea does not have relevance for our broader client base and we would not develop it as part of our product roadmap. If this is something you'd be willing to pay to be developed, please talk to your Corevist project manager about getting a proposal.

  12. Ramping up for a new client implementation for WCBradley. One key functionality that is critical to success is the ability to allow RMA orders to be placed on the site. The ability to place RMA orders access regulated via role. This would allow approved users o generate a return order via the site.

    In its simplest form warranty and return orders can be handled by adding additional order types. Please have a meeting with the client and your solution architect to understand what the business process requires, if our OOTB functionality solves the use case, and if not, return and create a new ticket with additional details on what actually needs to be developed.

  13. A prospect wants Sales Reps to be able to "star" around 20-50 products prior to an onsite visit to a customer so they can "sell" these products during their visit. Functionality would allow, at the user/company level, to "star" certain products that could be recalled or organized into a favorites category. Ideally, this is executed at a standard user login capability and can be different at the user and/or company level.

    Quotes can be used to solve the same business case here. Additional, Product Catalog categories can be used for this purpose.

  14. It would be great to have a trigger directly in SAP when there are system related errors/failures for BuyBot orders (mapping errors, program errors, etc.). Current errors that are seen are SAP standard errors (duplicate PO, materials not set up) however when there are any Corevist/BuyBot errors, these never reach SAP in order to trigger a message. If there was a way that these could be flagged to a predetermined Z-table using an RFC, these could keep both SAP and the PDF order report in sync (and allow for internal reporting on success vs. failure rates) related to both customer/process…

    We're happy to support addition features in BuyBot and the PDF orders report, but do not have plans to send data already present in BuyBot over to SAP. Feel free to submit another idea with the business problem you are trying to solve instead of a desired solution.

  15. When you use the filter under user maintenance and then go in to make a change to a specific user, when clicking on back button or saving a change it would be beneficial if the portal takes you back to original filter results

    We have investigated the issue and have found that implementing this would have a negative impact on other users.

    We will be upgrading to Google Analytics 4 in 2023 but don't have plans to integrate with S/4 Enhanced Analytics.
