Add a new feature for Post-Sales (e.g. Service Requests/History) History
SAP's CS "Services" module is used by clients that maintain long-term service relationships with customers after initial delivery.
Is it possible to expand Corevist so that customers can create new service requests and/or view service history in similar manner as quotes and orders?
Stop-Gap solution is to present SAP reports that can create or display service details, however this approach is not ideal for service-oriented clients.

Hi . . . this formal solution was requested by prospect Geoprobe. They will accept stop-gap solution of having a link to SAP report(s) that create/display the desired information on the Navigation Panel, but do not accept just showing these SAP reports under "Reports". I even offered to rename "Reports" to "Post-Sales Support" but they were non-plussed
