Ability to add custom field to user registration form

For example, for our business we want to have customer service representative name on the user registration form.

    Marie commented today that adding state/Province field for Oxy is important before launching. Although ability to add any other field is valuable as well.

    For the US market, add State to the user registration form (mandatory), and street address and zip code (optional)
