  1. Abandoned Cart Report

    Automated or manual Job that can be run to send email to client customer service with a list of customers that have abandon carts. Or automated or manual Job that can be run to send emails to users who have abandon carts as a reminder.

    We're currently in the process of implementing Google Analytics 4, which when finished will have a Shopping Behavior report that will include abandonments.

  2. User, Product, and Feature Analytics

    Ability to report on account usage. Management frequently likes to know how many people use a site and remove or lock unused accounts. But also would be helpful to know what features are used the most.
