  1. Shipments - download a list

    Add "Download CSV" button to the Shipments module, similar to what is available on the Orders module, so user can download a list of shipments.

  2. Please provide client level access to the "News" and "Resource" feature activation and assignment.

    We have the access to maintain the content, but need to create a ticket to have the content activated in the portal.

    Per my PM, there is sensitive data on the screen where the New and Resources are assigned and activated.

  3. Add attachments when contacting support

    When a user clicks the "Have a question?" or "Report an issue" links to report an issue, they should be able to add photo, video, or .pdf attachments.

  4. Make the resource page content editable by admins

    Clicking on "Resources" in the left-hand navigation menu should open a page where we could maintain our legal documents and user training content. The current workaround is links in the menu be4 - Low Resources.

  5. Improve help for .csv Uploads

    Add a clear explanation of how the .csv files should be formatted. Currently the only way to see the format is via the export. This is most important for the cart upload.
