As we continue to move customers to use the portal much more frequently, the overwhelming need will always be information being available live.

When we collect requirements to build these SAP reports and programs, ideally, we would be able to publish them to the portal for our customers without additional delays from a project or support request with a unknown amount of turnaround time. Being self-sufficient for these reports would greatly cut down on wait time and deliver speedy reports to our clients as all of the specifications are derived only from SAP and rely exclusively on variants/configurations of the output from SAP.
