delete quote
If a customer accidently duplicated the same quote and wants to delete one, how would he/she do that in Quote Summary? How and when do E-Quotes disappear from users' quote summary? If it’s maintained in ECC, what are the best practice that other clients of Corevist doing?
What’s the driver to change the status? (ljw 26th-Feb: right now quotes can expire but they never close and currently ECC is setup to allow expired quotes to be copied into new sales orders. @Scott Newell can set configuration that closes the quote after first reference, but that would prevent the quote from ever being used again - or he can write a batch program that automatically marks quotes as closed after 3 years time) What dates are inserted in ECC for the created e-quote from Corevist? (ljw 26th-Feb: Validity date range is from current date to 31st-Dec of current year)

It's not a good practice to completely delete documents, but there could be other solutions to your problem that our existing functionality can support. Please ask your project manager to pull in a solution architect to identify a potential solution.
