Allow blank values for translations
Currently, there is no way to set a translation value to be a simple blank (space).
For example, we want to show a reason for rejection where a blank rejection reason means there is no description.
Another example is when we want to suppress some text/messaging.
The current workaround is to use a period . since it is small and not noticeable.
