Add customer notes option to "Quotes" review page
We're planning an upcoming launch for customers to have the option to use the "Quote" pages (which we will be using for the purpose of inventory releasing) however unlike the "Cart" Payment page, there is no option to include customer notes. These notes then translate into the sales orders generated in SAP (header data).
The notes contain key details related to the order (as they do for Cart) such as client review requests, pricing discussions, development clarifications etc. Without this option, this puts our launch at risk of losing visibility of these comments. There are no other options for customers to add text comments aside from attaching documents which for some, is not an option.
